Equipment
This south-facing guesthouse accommodates 4-5 people.
- On the ground floor: living room (30 m²), fully equipped kitchen, toilet, refrigerator, and washing machine.
- On the first floor: three bright bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a balcony.
- The south-facing balcony offers views of the organic vegetable garden and the Esterel Mountains. The guesthouse also features two terraces and a pond with water lilies and goldfish.
Wi-Fi, a television, and a private library with a selection of books are available. Two e-bikes can be rented for a fee.

Heating
In the living room, there is a large wood-burning stove and an air conditioning unit with a heat pump. Additionally, you will find air conditioning in the three bedrooms for mid-season and winter use.
Cooling
In summer, the house can be cooled as needed using the air conditioning units in the living room and the three bedrooms.
Property
The 2.5-hectare property surrounding the holiday home is terraced and planted with Mediterranean vegetation, including olive, fig, and fruit trees. A 400 m² organic vegetable garden is within sight of the holiday home. In the mediterranean decorative garden you find typical plants include rockroses, agaves, and broom.
To the east of the property lies a wooded area with oak and pine trees. Our guests are welcome to explore the property.
